Updates
- GetGenAI is now Inspack. The API and the hosted MCP server are served from
app.inspack.com, and these docs fromdocs.inspack.com.app.getgen.aikeeps working, so existing integrations, API keys and MCP client configs need no changes.
New features
- Insights report PDF export. A new Generate Report (PDF) option in the document Export menu produces a polished, shareable PDF that combines the source artwork, the extracted content broken into section panels, and every open insight with its original findings. Insights are grouped by section and ordered Critical → Medium → Low, and the cover page links back to the document in GetGenAI.
- Artwork view with zoom and pan. The document review page now has an Artwork / Content toggle. Artwork mode renders the uploaded file on a full-bleed canvas with smooth wheel-and-drag zoom and pan, while Content keeps the editable extracted-text view. Clicking an image-based fix or issue jumps to Artwork; clicking a text-based one jumps to Content. Documents with uploaded artwork open in Artwork mode by default.
- Restyled document editor. The extracted-content canvas has a refreshed layout — kicker, serif title, subtitle, panel and block section headings, and live section counts — so reviews read more like the source document. All existing review features (collaboration, wavy-underline violations, fixes, comments, toolbar) work unchanged.
- Upload files through MCP. The hosted MCP server now exposes a
prepare_uploadtool that returns a short-lived, single-use URL for streaming a file directly into GetGenAI. MCP clients can now hand off documents and images for review without manual hosting. See MCP tools and how a review works. - Subscription banner and settings message. A new banner and Settings message surface your current plan and trial status, with quick access to manage your subscription.
Updates
- Rejection reasons everywhere. When you reject an insight or a single violation, the reason now appears on the fix card in the document sidebar, on the audit-trail row, and in the expanded detail panel — not just in the audit trail.
- More reliable inspection events. Inspection results now dispatch reliably when revisiting a completed document, so the audit trail stays in sync.
Bug fixes
- Fixed the MCP
generate_reporttool so it returns the report URL correctly in its response.
New features
- Subscriptions and billing. A new subscription page lets you start a trial, upgrade, manage your plan, and cancel directly from the app, with Stripe checkout and post-purchase notifications built in.
- Expanded MCP tools. Four new tools —
inspect_multiple,aggregate,get_inspectors, anddoc_parse— are now available on the hosted MCP server. Long-running tools emit progress notifications every 15 seconds so clients don’t time out. See MCP tools. - Reject reasons in the audit trail. When you reject a fix or an individual issue, you can now add an optional explanation. The reason is preserved on the rejected item and surfaced in the audit trail.
- Regenerate after rejecting issues. If you reject one or more issues inside a fix, the Accept button is replaced with Regenerate, which re-runs the remaining issues to produce a refreshed fix.
- Browse accepted and rejected work. Cards on the accepted and rejected tabs are now clickable and open a read-only detail view, so you can revisit any past decision.
- Severity and check filters. Insights and issues in the results sidebar can now be filtered by severity and check.
Updates
- Results sidebar polish. Refined typography, filter button states, and badges across the Issues and Insights sidebar. Insight cards now show a violation summary, and rejected items display their rejection reason inline.
- Side panel polish. Visual cleanup across the side panel UI for a more consistent review experience.
- Redesigned fix and issue cards. Updated card layouts for insights, fixes, and recently opened documents.
